A receiving-based energetic practice designed to create space for deep relaxation, emotional release, reconnection and life force.
In yogic traditions, this life force is described through concepts such as Shakti, Prana and Kundalini. In modern language, I frame the experience through nervous system wellness: less constant activation, more recovery, presence and inner safety.
At work, but also in your free time — through shopping, through distraction. Yet the feeling of fulfillment never comes.
More relaxation, more inner peace — you can't find it. If anything, the search itself creates stress.
You sometimes feel powerless, doubt yourself despite your achievements, and need enormous effort for every goal.
Even when your bank account is full — the feeling of "enough" never quite arrives.
Shakti, Prana and Kundalini are traditional Indian concepts used to describe life force, vitality and awakening. I use this language as a spiritual and experiential framework — not as a biomedical diagnosis.
Kundalini Activation is a passive, receiving-based energetic practice. Rather than performing a sequence of postures or techniques, you lie down, receive and allow your own experience to unfold in a held space.
People can experience deep relaxation, spontaneous movement, emotion, stillness, imagery, clarity or simply a sense of calm. There is no single “correct” response and nothing needs to be forced.
High performers are often excellent at activation — thinking, deciding, solving and producing. Longevity also depends on the other side of the equation: recovery, regulation, connection and the ability to shift out of constant demand.
Kundalini Activation is not presented here as a medical treatment. I use it as a nervous-system-wellness and energetic practice that may help create conditions for deeper rest, receiving and reconnection.
The intention is to create space for calmer, more restorative states rather than remaining in constant activation. Individual responses vary.
Deep relaxation and receiving can be experienced as greater calm, openness, connection and trust in life.
Shakti, Prana and Kundalini are traditional ways of speaking about vitality, aliveness and the felt experience of energy moving through us.
Energy-based traditions speak of a subtle field or “biofield.” Research exists in this area, but mechanisms and specific effects remain scientifically unsettled.
A note on biology: I do not present Kundalini Activation as proven to release oxytocin, “reroute” dopamine or strengthen a measurable biofield. Those specific mechanisms have not been established for this practice. I prefer to describe what the experience is designed to support: relaxation, regulation, presence, connection and recovery.
Meeting Eli was such a pleasure! From the moment we connected, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Her presence is very soothing, grounding, and gentle. The session itself felt really supportive and relaxing. I definitely felt the energy moving through my body, and by the end, I was so deeply relaxed that I honestly didn't want it to end. Really grateful for the experience and for Eli's care throughout the session. I look forward to working with her again! 🤍— Andrea
Hey Eli, I hope you are well. I feel a calling and would like to take the offer of a KA session from you, if the offer still stands. I very rarely take transmissions but trust your energy. I will be more than happy.— Ranvir, Ex-Banker & Energetic Healer & Teacher
Thank you, Eli, for the Kundalini session. I felt a gentle but clear flow of energy through my heart and throat chakras, and a deep sense of calm. I also had some pain in my right shoulder that I hadn't mentioned to you, and I felt a significant release of tension there during the session. I very rarely receive energy healings, but I felt called to this one and I'm grateful I did. Thank you for a beautiful session. I highly recommend Eli to anyone.— Sophia
In Indian yogic and spiritual traditions, Prana refers to vital life energy, Shakti to dynamic creative energy, and Kundalini to the image of latent spiritual potential that may awaken and move through the system.
These traditions use energetic language to describe experiences of vitality, consciousness, embodiment and transformation. Modern neuroscience does not treat these concepts as anatomical structures or established biological mechanisms.
For me, the value of this language is experiential: it gives people a way to reconnect with aliveness, presence and the sense that there is more within us than constant thinking and doing.
My path into this work grew out of years of high performance, sport, business, stress, health questions and a deep interest in what helps us feel truly alive — not only productive.
Vipassana meditation, mindfulness, Ayurveda, Muay Thai, retreats and long periods living internationally gradually changed my relationship with achievement. I became increasingly interested in the part high performers often neglect: recovery, receiving, embodiment and inner regulation.
Kundalini Activation became one of the practices that helped me experience this directly. Not through more effort, but through letting go, becoming present and reconnecting with life force.
That is why I now place this work inside a broader longevity philosophy: sustainable performance is not only about what we optimize. It is also about how well we can recover, feel, connect and return to ourselves.
Kundalini Activation can be especially appealing to entrepreneurs, leaders, athletes and high performers who are used to thinking, deciding, controlling and producing — and want a space where none of that is required.
The session is designed around receiving rather than achieving. Some people use it as a recurring ritual for deep relaxation, emotional integration, reconnection and nervous system wellness.
Regularity is a personal choice, not a medical prescription. Some clients choose a monthly rhythm because they value having a repeated space for recovery and integration. No prior experience is needed.
A sense of slowing down, receiving and no longer having to perform.
You may notice more calm, spaciousness and a softer internal state.
A greater sense of connection with yourself, your body and the present moment.
Emotion may move, surface or soften without needing to be forced or analyzed.
Stillness can create space to notice what matters, what feels true and what no longer fits.
Some people describe feeling more alive, energized or connected to their life force.
Receiving and slowing down can make room for appreciation, enjoyment and presence.
The experience can become a pause in which body, emotion and attention feel more integrated.
Everything is welcome — every experience is part of your journey. There's no "right" or "wrong".
As a trained Kundalini Activation Facilitator and Mindfulness Trainer, I hold a calm, respectful space in which you can receive without pressure to produce a particular response.
I work with energetic sensitivity, presence and a nervous-system-aware approach. I do not force catharsis, diagnose what arises or interpret an intense reaction as a sign that the session “worked.”
The experience remains yours. My role is to facilitate the setting, support the process and help you integrate what you notice before, during and after the session.
For entrepreneurs, leaders, investors and high performers who want more than external success — and value high energy, longevity, inner alignment and sustainable performance.
Within the community, a monthly free international Kundalini Activation session is offered to the collective.
„If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration."

Kundalini Yoga usually includes active elements such as movement, breathwork, meditation or chanting. In my Kundalini Activation sessions, the format is passive and receiving-based.
I see it through the recovery side of longevity. High performance creates repeated demand; a receiving-based practice can create space for deep rest, nervous system wellness, emotional integration and reconnection. It is a wellness practice, not a medical longevity treatment.
Those specific mechanisms have not been established for Kundalini Activation. Feelings such as calm, trust, connection and reward involve complex neurobiology, but I do not present a particular hormone or neurotransmitter response as proven.
Biofield is a term used in some integrative and energy-based traditions and research to describe a proposed field of energy or information associated with living systems. Research in this area is ongoing, and the underlying mechanisms and specific effects are not established.
